Pharmaceutical Patient Recruitment
Campaign Examples
I have worked on over 100 clinical trial recruitment campaigns for pharmaceutical companies big and small. Each study is its own branding campaign. The goal is to learn about a condition and then create materials that engage with patients and doctors, inform them about the study, and help enroll eligible participants into the study. After they are enrolled we support the study with materials such as visit guides, letters, brochures, websites, social and everything down to an appointment reminder card to help make the trial successful.
I have worked on studies from rheumatoid arthritis to CMV to EBV. Generally there is a main concept for the study in the form of a poster or brochure and then the design and execution of the materials uses branding that aligns to create the whole campaign.
This is just a small set of posters that represent campaigns I have worked on.
Poster Examples
At times a study may be part of a larger program and work as a series. The look of the materials for the program generally family together with visuals to differentiate them for patients and doctors.
Series Branding
Each patient recruitment study generally involves 10-20 campaign pieces - some pharmaceutical companies require strict adherence to their brand guidelines and others allow for a range in colors, fonts and styling to family with the campaign concept.
